A1. What is Bangkok RHVAC all about?
Bangkok Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (Bangkok RHVAC) is a biennial trade fair organized in conjunction with Bangkok Electric and Electronics (Bangkok E&E) by the Department of Export Promotion, Ministry of Commerce in collaboration with the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Industry Club, the Federation of Thai Industries, and strongly supported by related government and private sectors, including ASHRAE Thailand Chapter.
A2. When is the next fair taking place?
Bangkok RHVAC 2009 is being held during 7-11 October, 2009 at Hall 2-4, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, Nonthaburi, Thailand. The first three days, 7-9 October are open to trade visitors from 10.00-18.00 Hrs. The final two days, 10 and 11 October, which fall on a weekend, the fair is open to the public from 10.00-18.00 Hrs.
A3. What is new at the fair this year?
Now in its seventh edition and themed “Eco-friendly Solutions for A Sustainable Future”, Bangkok RHVAC 2009 highlights the great strides taken to meet the challenges of global warming, with quality products that answer the twin objectives of energy-efficiency and eco-solutions.
A4. What will be shown at the fair?
The fair will focus on the latest products, innovations and technologies from the entire spectrum of the cooling and heating industry, both Thai and overseas. Products on offer include :

B. VISITOR’S INFORMATION
B1. Do I need to pre-register to attend as a visitor?
If you plan to attend the fair during trade days, we strongly advise you to
pre-register on our website to avoid long queues at the fair entrance. However, walk-in visitors with business identification can also register right there at the fair.
B2. Who can attend?
Anyone in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industries, related businesses
and relevant industries as well as their suppliers can attend the fair during
trade days, for which we do require either pre-registration or registration at the
fair venue. There is no admission fee. During public days, all are welcome.
B3. Do you have a list of participating exhibitors at Bangkok RHVAC 2009?
The List of exhibitors together with their company profiles and products will
be posted on the website. And you may view their company information and
products through the virtual trade show to help in pre-appointment and
business matching. The listing will become more comprehensive as we
approach the fair date. Exhibitors of the last fair and their profiles can also be
viewed under Bangkok RHVAC 2007.
B4. How much does it cost to attend the fair?
There is no admission fee to attend the fair. One only need register to enter
during trade days.
B5. May I take photographs in the exhibit halls?
Neither photography nor VDO is allowed at the fair. Only persons with
press credentials are permitted to take photographs.
B6. Can we buy goods at the fair?
Purchase orders are accepted from all buyers but retail sales are not carried out
during the trade days when the main focus is on business dealing. However,
during public days, exhibitors may sell samples or inventory goods. In fact,
the fair is quite popular among local residents who look forward to finding
export quality goods at discount prices.
