*Notes:
1) All exhibitors must
construct and decorate their stand by 24.00 hrs. on 6 October 2009.
It is prohibited for construction or decoration after that time because the exhibition hall will be cleaned.
2)
It is prohibited to dismantle the stand and construction before 18.00 hrs. on 11 October 2009.
3) Move-Out and Dismantle:
All exhibitors must move-out their exhibits/products on the last show day (
11 October 2009).
If exhibitors are not able to move-out their exhibits/products, exhibitors must notify the Organizer on
10 October 2009.
Raw Space (Space only Booth): The construction and decoration parts will be dismantled on
12 October 2009.

The organizer will not be held any responsible for damage of the exhibit/decoration that remains in the hall.
